Newcastle United To Host England Rugby Team

The home ground of Newcastle United is all set to host the team of England Rugby when they take on Italy right before the World Cup 2019 in Japan. The St James Park will soon host England for a warm-up game of a Rugby world cup in the next summer. Newcastle Falcons did show the performance for the first time in March at St James Park as they keep their attendance record in place. The fixture where the Falcons secured a victory of 25-22 against Northampton Saints made them draw more than 30,000 fans. They successfully dwarfed the old record of 11,750 at Gateshead International Stadium in the year 1998. The organizers of rugby league have organized the Magic Weekend around 4 times at the Stadium with several fans reaching Newcastle to watch the entire team of 14 compete in matches that is to be held in the weekend.

The head coach of England Eddie Jones appreciated Newcastle United as it’s the greatest rugby clubs in England in 2017. He was on his way to visit the Tyneside and showed how delighted he was to visit a stadium such as St James Park. It is indeed one of the best clubs in England and people feel privileged to be there. There are many meetings that takes place as it’s an excellent stadium and also utilized for the World Cup in 2015. Eddie Jones looks forward to see St James Park.

David Clarke, the former Hamilton coach has become a part of the advisory role of the Newcastle Falcons and Hunter Rugby Union club Lake Macquarie. He got separated from Hamilton in the beginning of this month. The back in charge Scott Coleman will be based at Passmore Oval. Instead of being lost to Newcastle, Clarke is lending a helping hand at Lake Macquarie.
